We discuss your goal, starting level and timeline, then agree on a teacher, format and sustainable schedule. The plan evolves as you learn.
Before you start
Can I start from zero?
Yes. We start with useful phrases and discuss your goal and experience before choosing a starting point.
Individual or group lessons?
Individual lessons follow your goal and the teacher’s available slots. Groups of up to 5 have a set schedule and practice with peers.
When will I reach B1 or B2?
Your starting point, practice and independent work affect the timeline. We agree on a plan rather than promise the same deadline to everyone.
What if I cannot attend?
Let your teacher know in advance. Individual rescheduling is agreed separately; teachers manage group schedules. Confirm cancellation terms before payment.
