Individual lessons follow your goal and the teacher’s available slots. Groups of up to 5 have a set schedule and practice with peers.
Choose an available individual slot; your teacher confirms it. Duration and group schedules are agreed before you start.
Your starting point, practice and independent work affect the timeline. We agree on a plan rather than promise the same deadline to everyone.
A camera, microphone, stable internet and an up-to-date browser. Your account contains your calendar, lesson access and homework.
The lesson fee is debited on first entry; reconnecting to the same lesson is free. YooMoney top-ups are awaiting activation. Ask the team for the current payment method.
Individual booking is allowed at zero and attending may take the balance below zero. A negative balance blocks new individual bookings and first entry to new group lessons.
Let your teacher know in advance. Individual rescheduling is agreed separately; teachers manage group schedules. Confirm cancellation terms before payment.
